The Senators have played in all of these buildings, but their 2006 location in Kanata has had 3 names since its NHL debut in January 1996. Originally called the Palladium, a multi-million dollar agreement was quickly reached with Ottawa-based software company Corel, and the name changed (Corel Centre) in February 1996. It remained as such for nearly 10 years, until a new contract was drawn up with Scotiabank, and the building re-named once more (Scotiabank Place) in January 2006.
